Grenelefe Estates is part of the larger Grenelefe community. Plans have been made to re-develop other parts of Grenelefe. Many new single family homes will be added, some on streets that will back on to us. Part of the new development will include several new amenities (e.g., 9 hole golf course, community center, pool, pickleball and tennis courts, dog park) that we will be able to enjoy (some for a fee). For some more details and maps, see the Grenelefe Redevelopment Project Facebook page.
